With over 25 years of international executive management experience in publicly listed companies, Svend has contributed to the energy sector through roles such as CEO at Deep Value Driller, Borr Drilling, Eldorado Drilling, and various executive operational positions at Transocean and Seadrill. His experience includes strategic oversight and leadership, supporting company development and project execution across key energy locations globally, from the US and UK to the Middle East, West Africa, and Far East. He has also applied his expertise as a Board Member for companies in the offshore and energy sector, including Prosafe and Sevan Drilling.
Lisbeth has over 30 years of professional experience, including more than 25 in the insurance and oil and gas industries, bringing strong legal and strategic insight to her role as a Board Member. She began her career as a consultant in insurance and finance before working as an attorney at law and certified attorney mediator, with a focus on business law for oil and gas companies. Her expertise spans general insurance, contract management, and economics, gained through legal leadership roles at Tarraco and Phronteseas and extensive work with several law firms. She also held roles within insurance and contract management at companies such as Amoco, Statoil, and Transocean.
