Background: The Client engaged Svend A. Maier to manage the overhaul of parts of their fleet of land-based drilling units.
Objective: To oversee the phased refurbishment of the client’s fleet—processing 1–2 rigs at a time—to achieve rapid operational readiness while preserving overall fleet utilization.
